Notorious heresy in Francis' Joint Statement commemorating the 'Reformation'

Francis signing a notoriously heretical Joint Statement in a Protestant temple with the president of the Lutheran World Federation

Of course, Munib Younan is not a bishop at all; but that hardly matters to the notorious heretic Antipope Francis.  The Lutheran World Federation even accepts contraception, abortion, and same-sex abominations.

The Joint Statement signed by Antipope Francis and the head of the Lutheran World Federation (which can be read in full here) explicitly mentions that they are commemorating the Protestant ‘Reformation’.

"With this Joint Statement, we express joyful gratitude to God for this moment of common prayer in the Cathedral of Lund, as we begin the year commemorating the five hundredth anniversary of the Reformation.  Fifty years of sustained and fruitful ecumenical dialogue between Catholics and Lutherans have helped us to overcome many differences, and have deepened our mutual understanding and trust.  At the same time, we have drawn closer to one another through joint service to our neighbours – often in circumstances of suffering and persecution.  Through dialogue and shared witness we are no longer strangers.  Rather, we have learned that what unites us is greater than what divides us." (Francis and President of the Lutheran World Federation, Joint Statement, Oct. 31, 2016)

The Joint Statement also declares that both of them are "part of the one Body of Christ".  This is a profession of notorious heresy.

“As we recommit ourselves to move from conflict to communion, we do so as part of the one Body of Christ, into which we are incorporated through Baptism.” (Francis and President of the Lutheran World Federation, Joint Statement, Oct. 31, 2016)

To state that a man who rejects the Papacy and Catholic dogmas (and even leads a Lutheran sect) is part of the Body of Christ, as Francis does, is to profess notorious heresy and a false faith.  His assertion denies the Church's repeated and dogmatic teaching that any baptized person who denies a Catholic dogma or the Papacy is expelled from the Body of Christ.

THE CHURCH'S MAGISTERIAL TEACHING CONDEMNING FRANCIS' NOTORIOUS HERESY

Pope Eugene IV, Council of Florence, Bull “Cantate Domino,” 1441, ex cathedra: “It [the Holy Roman Church] condemns, rejects and anathematizes all who think opposed and contrary things, and declares them to be aliens from the Body of Christ, which is the Church.”

This is what the Catholic Church professes.  As we see above, it is not what Francis professes because he's not part of the Catholic Church.

Pope Pius VI, Charitas (# 32), April 13, 1791: “Finally, in one word, stay close to Us.  For no one can be in the Church of Christ without being in unity with its visible head and founded on the See of Peter.”

Pope Pius IX, Amantissimus (# 3), April 8, 1862: “There are other, almost countless, proofs drawn from the most trustworthy witnesses which clearly and openly testify with great faith, exactitude, respect and obedience that all who want to belong to the true and only Church of Christ must honor and obey this Apostolic See and the Roman Pontiff.”

Pope Pius XI, Mortalium Animos (# 11), Jan. 6, 1928: “Furthermore, in this one Church of Christ no man can be or remain who does not accept, recognize and obey the authority and supremacy of Peter and his legitimate successors.”

Pope Pius XII, Mystici Corporis Christi (# 23), June 29, 1943: “For not every offense, although it may be a grave evil, is such as by its very own nature to sever a man from the Body of the Church, as does schism or heresy or apostasy.”

Francis' signing of such a notoriously heretical Joint Statement proves once again that he does not profess the true faith, but a false faith.  He therefore cannot be considered a member of the Catholic Church or the pope.

Pope Pius XII, Mystici Corporis Christi (#22), June 29, 1943: “Actually only those are to be included as members of the Church who have received the laver of regeneration and profess the true faith.”

In fact, Francis constantly teaches the aforementioned notorious heresy: that all the baptized members of non-Catholic sects are in the Body of Christ.  Those who regard him as a Catholic, in the face of such facts, simply deny the Catholic Church's teaching and profess communion with a notorious heretic and a non-Catholic sect.

Francis' joint prayer with the notorious heretics, and his commemoration of the Protestant revolt, are additional examples of his notorious rejection of Catholicism.
